We require that you rent for a minimum of one month. We have a convenient, flexible cancellation policy. Unlike other storage rental facilities in Auckland, we won’t lock you in for a long term contract.

Safestore Containers Onehunga offers drive up access so you can drive straight up to your storage unit whether it is one positioned outdoors or inside our warehouse. You can use a truck, trailer or car to load and unload your possessions.
- When can I access the Onehunga self storage facility?
You have access to the unit seven days a week, during our working hours (from 6am to 8pm). Your unit is easily accessible thanks to our secure locking system with a swipe card activated gate entry.

Safestore Containers have developed a self storage facility in Central Auckland located at 89-91 Captain Springs Road, Onehunga. This location provides easy access to State Highway 1, via Church Street and State Highway 20, via Neilson Street.
The complex comprises two large warehouses and a substantial outdoor storage area. Safestore Containers Head Office is also located on site. Our self storage facility is designed to provide easy access so that our customers can drive up to their storage unit, conveniently positioned outdoors or alternatively, inside our warehouse.
All units have a secure locking system with access to the facility via a swipe card activated security gate between the hours of 6am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
